Environmental Sustainability

The educational system is not a fixed entity. It is exposed to many changing factors, such as technological progress, and faces many challenges, and we must confront such challenges. This is in addition to something important, which is that sustainability in education is what will ensure sustainability in all fields because education is the only force capable of change.

Environmental Sustainability Standards

Criterion One

Basic data on the college’s infrastructure (green spaces and environment).

Criterion Two

Energy and climate change.

Criterion Three

Waste (treatment and recycling).

Criterion Four

Water (water management – ​​reducing consumption – increasing storage programs – recycling – reducing waste).

Criterion Five

Transportation (reducing carbon emissions and pollutants – creating a clean, healthy environment at the university).

Criterion Six

Education and Scientific Research (the college’s role in building a new generation concerned and aware of sustainability issues).
