The Department of Public Health in the College of Veterinary Medicine / Al-Qadisiyah University organized a scientific visit to the Al-Qadisiya Dairy Product Factory. The visit was participated by the students of the fifth year as part of the practical session of food hygiene / dairy health.
The visit included a lecture explained the details of the work in the factory regarding milk receiving, pasteurization, and production lines. The professional person responsible of the production procedures showed the work and laboratory tests and equipment used on the milk until the final step in the production process. The students were accompanied by the following faculty/staff:
1- Assist. Prof. Bassem Jasim Mohammed.
2- Assist. Prof. Haifa Juma Hassan.
3- Instructor, Kazem Hassan Abbas.
4- Assist. Instructor, Aseel Abdul Reda.
5- Media, Ali Qader / Media Division in the College.
